This series' theme is about observing people I encounter from afar. As my main goal in doing photography is to document everyday life as if I am creating a visual journal, I took a habit of taking candid pictures of everything, including people doing their things. They can be a stranger, sibling, partner, friend, etc.
A lot of pictures in this collection are photos of people that I know taken from behind, as most people walk faster than me- because I stop very often to take some pictures and always end up walking behind them.
A few other photos show some unknown people who I found how they look or what they do interesting. In some frames, it seems like they are in their world, and yet look well-fitted with their surroundings.
This is an ongoing series.
All photos are taken by Dea Ardyanda.
